Kombat is bringing a spectacular international fight night to Brazil with the upcoming Kombat Challenge Series, featuring an action packed lineup of 15 professional bouts with elite fighters from around the world. The event is headlined by the highly anticipated Pan American Title Belt Bout in Kombat Taekwondo, where top contenders will battle for continental supremacy.
This event marks a historic milestone as Kombat officially debuts Kombat Jiu Jitsu and Kombat Kun Khmer for the first time, expanding its global platform and redefining the future of professional martial arts.
Fans will experience three disciplines in one unified event: Kombat Taekwondo, Kombat Jiu Jitsu, and Kombat Kun Khmer, all taking place inside the Kombat octagon. Each discipline will operate under Kombat's unified professional rule system, delivering a clear, high energy, and globally accessible experience.
The event gains further significance with the support of General Khov Chhay, President of the Kun Khmer Federation, who will attend alongside two elite Cambodian fighters and one official Kun Khmer instructor. The Kun Khmer Federation instructor will conduct an official seminar, offering a rare opportunity to experience authentic Cambodian martial arts directly from its origin.
Rick W. Shin, President of KOMBAT, stated: "Kun Khmer is the father of Muay Thai. This is about restoring recognition to its true origin and elevating its legacy to the global stage where it belongs."
